My first 2012 Football

I had to take a chance at an Andrew Luck / RGIII RC didn't I? Unfortunately, I missed on that, but above is a RC of Eric LeGrand. He was the Rutgers player who got paralyzed from the neck down while  on special teams. His former coach at Rutgers, Greg Schiano, signed the young man to a rookie deal when he got to the Bucs. It makes for a great story and if you haven't seen it you should check out his speech at the ESPY's

A mediocre photoshop job on the Moss card, but I guess he looks alright in a Niners jersey. I have to say there is a lot of hype for a 35 year old receiver, who is going to a team that barely throws the ball to any one not named Vernon Davis. We'll see how it pans out and honestly I hope Randy Moss has a loud year on the field and a quiet year off it and can leave the game being recognized as one of the great receivers.

That Mendenhall card to the right is Topps Football's mini parallel, but as you can see it's just as tall as a normal card. It's like the mini version of the once over-sized cards... mind bottling! Either way I like it, if anyone gets some Ravens cards to trade please comment below. Oh and what's this... something kind of new (to me atleast)

No Kellen Moore isn't new. I recognize that doofy lefty QB from beating my Ducks, but man this has to be the worst picture Topps had of him. Somebody at the Topps office must not like Kellen Moore that much. Either that or the kid should wear a helmet 24/7. With that said, the card is cool and the new feature I'm referring to is the military camo background. I think it's fricken sweet! It's numbered to 399, so not all that rare, but I'd love to see this in the baseball set.

  1. I can probably find you some older Ravens stuff for that Mendenhall.

  2. Colbey, that might entice me, but I'm really into Ray Rice, Ed Reed, Terrell Suggs and Ray Lewis, so if we could make it one of those players awesome.

High-Five, the LeGrand is yours if you want it.

Could both of you email me at: cameronclow12@gmail.com
